Greater Baltimore AHC
Greater Baltimore AHC opened in 2002 to address the need for more affordable housing in the Baltimore region. Since then GBAHC has developed four properties with close to 800 affordable apartments. Completed projects include Barclay Greenmount, Greenspring Overlook, and Landsdowne.
GBAHC is part of AHC Inc., a private, nonprofit developer of affordable housing in the mid-Atlantic region that has been providing quality homes for low- and moderate-income families since Since 1975.
In the fall of 2008, AHC purchased and started renovations on MonteVerde, 301 affordable apartments for seniors and non-elderly disabled residents in the lower Park Heights neighborhood in Baltimore City.
