Welcome to AHC Greater Baltimore 

 

AHC Greater Baltimore was founded in 2004 to address the need for more affordable housing in the Baltimore region. Today AHC Greater Baltimore has developed six properties with more than 1,100 affordable apartments.

Completed projects include MonteVerde, Barclay Greenmount, Greenspring Overlook, Kirkwood House, Union Rowe and Lansdowne.

AHC Greater Baltimore is part of AHC Inc., a private, nonprofit developer of affordable housing in the mid-Atlantic region that has been providing quality homes for low- and moderate-income families since 1975.

O'Donnell Heights secures funding; construction begins Construction of the first phase of a massive revitalization of O’Donnell Heights, a distressed public housing community located on Baltimore’s southeast side, is poised to begin, now that the joint venture team of AHC Greater Baltimore and The Michaels Development Company have secured funding for the $20 million redevelopment effort. Union Rowe Grand Opening -- City, state, and Federal representatives and residents and their families joined AHC Greater Baltimore to celebrate the completion of the renovations to Union Rowe Apartments -- 72 beautiful homes with restored stately historical details to the exterior of the buildings.
