Specializing in multi-family rental and community association management, AHC Management LLC was founded in 2000. It is the for-profit subsidiary of 32-year-old AHC Inc., a major regional developer and owner of multifamily housing in the mid-Atlantic region.
AHC Management provides management services for 24 AHC-owned properties and four third-party management communities. We are certified by Virginia Housing Development Authority and are a licensed Community Association Management Company in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Community Association Management Services

Many of our residents face myriad challenges — economic, social, educational — and often struggle to make ends meet. In 1993, AHC began offering Resident Services at several of its rental properties. Since that time, Resident Services has helped hundreds of residents better meet the daily challenges they encounter.
AHC's onsite services focus on strengthening adults' life skills and improving children and teen's academic performance. Our community centers are hubs of activity with after-school programs, teen tutoring, workshops for seniors, and English language classes. AHC currently operates eight Resident Services programs serving more than 1,800 children and adults annually.
Property Management through property stabilization - using a creative approach to property management for pre-stabilized properties, we craft a management program to ensure all aspects of the management plan and all compliance-related activities are in place when transitioned to ownership or a successor management company.
