Staff Biographies

 

ANDREW VINCENT, Director

Mr. Vincent joined AHC Greater Baltimore in the fall of 2004 and was promoted to Director in October 2007.  He is responsible for overseeing AHC Greater Baltimore's acquisition, development, finance and rehabilitation of single- and multi-family projects in the Baltimore area.  Recent projects include the acquisition and renovation of Union Rowe and the development of O'Donnell Heights.  Prior to joining AHC Greater Baltimore, Mr. Vincent worked for the Economics and Business Analysis practice at Booz Allen Hamilton in McLean, VA.  Mr. Vincent earned a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, and graduated cum laude from Carleton College with a B.A. in Economics.  He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Greater Baltimore Committee. Vincent was named a 2010 winner of The Daily Record's "Innovator of the Year" award.

 

ALLISON PENDELL JONES, Assistant Director, Resident Services

Ms. Pendell Jones joined AHC Greater Baltimore in the spring of 2007 as project manager, assisting with the multi-family development operations in Baltimore. Beginning in 2009, Ms. Pendell Jones shifted her focus towards resident service. She is now responsible for overseeing Resident Services programs in Baltimore, under the direction of the Resident Services Director at AHC in VA. Prior to joining AHC Greater Baltimore, she worked for a DC- based non-profit, the Ethics Resource Center, as director of their Fellows program. Ms. Pendell Jones earned a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from Florida State University and a B.A in International Studies, with a business concentration, from the University of Evansville.
