AHC Greater Baltimore is preserving affordable housing in several different Baltimore City neighborhoods.
In May 2010, Mayor Rawlings-Blake named AHC Greater Baltimore to the development team for 340-unit mixed-income rental and ownership residences at O'Donnell heights.
AHC Greater Baltimore completed an extensive renvoation of Union Rowe, a 72-unit property in Baltimore's historic Franklin Park neighborhood.
In the fall of 2008, AHC purchased MonteVerde, which provides 301 affordable apartments for elderly and non-elderly disabled residents.
