Project Description
Located in the heart of Rosslyn, Key Boulevard Apartments was built in 1942 and includes 41 units in three buildings. Now 67 years old -- with aging building systems, inefficient windows and appliances, and accessibility issues -- the complex is ready for an update.

AHC is working closely with the community to plan the redevelopment of the property. Updates will be posted above periodically. Plans include replacing the current structures with a new building that would expand the amount of affordable apartments and also add a number of market-rate condominiums to help finance the additional affordable units.

With the Rosslyn Metro Station just five blocks away and shops, services and employment within walking distance, a redeveloped Key Boulevard community will provide additional top-quality apartments in one of Arlington's most desirable, commuter-friendly neighborhoods.
