New and Upcoming Projects

During the last few years, AHC has developed hundreds of affordable apartments in the mid-Atlantic region, ranging from brand new construction at the 108-unit Frederick in Arlington’s Courthouse neighborhood to more than 100 apartments at Kate's Trace in Newport News, Virginia.

AHC has a variety of projects underway that will provide an additional 600 units of affordable housing in the mid-Atlantic region in 2008-2009, including a new 90-unit building in the fast-growing Ballston Metro area. AHC is also continually updating and revitalizing its properties. Upcoming renovations include the 152-unit Westover property in Arlington.
