AHC Inc. and AHC Management continue to work hard to keep our residents, volunteers, and staff safe and secure during COVID-19.
In response to ongoing challenges due to the pandemic, we are extending our current rent relief programs, including suspending late fees and freezing rent increases, through September 30, 2021. As of July 1st, following all federal, state and local requirements, we will begin to re-instate pre-COVID eviction policies for residents who are not working with us to address outstanding rent balances.

Please consider helping neighbors most at risk during this challenging time. We have set up an AHC Emergency Response Fund to help our residents living in our affordable apartment communities with critical living expenses and household supplies.
