AHC Resident Resources: Stay in Touch and Get Help

April 2021 Update:

In response to ongoing challenges due to the pandemic, AHC Inc. and AHC Management are extending our current rent relief programs, including suspending late fees and freezing rent increases, through September 30, 2021. As of July 1, following all federal, state and local requirements, we will begin to re-instate pre-COVID eviction policies for residents who are not working with us to address outstanding rent balances.

If you are struggling to keep up with rent, please contact our Resident Services team NOW to explore rental relief programs. We want to have ample time to do all we can to help you stay in your home. Call 703-486-0626 x 1112 or email susan.davidson@ahcinc.org for a confidential discussion today.

Get connected to emergency services.

If you need financial help, food, health information or have other emergency needs, AHC’s Resident Services staff can connect you to services that can help. Please contact Susan Davidson at 703-486-0626 ext. 1112 or Susan.Davidson@ahcinc.org.

Stay in touch through free App.

Please sign up for AHC’s free Rent Café App, which helps us stay connected through email or text. You can also use the app to pay rent or schedule maintenance. To register, download the Rent Cafe App or go to your apartment’s website and click on “Resident Login.” You will need to call your leasing office for your registration code or use the phone number you gave us when you moved in.
